● Integrated Processing Deck Space:

Unlike standard dredgers, our Gold Dredger Ships are designed with reinforced deck areas to accommodate Jigs, Shaking Tables, or Sluice Boxes. This "Mobile Factory" architecture allows for primary gold concentration on-board, reducing the cost of waste material handling.

● Extreme Abrasive Resistance (Mining Grade):

Gold-bearing gravel is highly abrasive. We use Cr27 High-Chrome Alloy for the slurry pump's volute and impeller, along with 12mm-25mm thickened CCSB steel for the suction path. This ensure the Gold Dredger can operate 24/7 in harsh mining conditions with minimal maintenance downtime.

● Precision Slurry Density Control:

For gravity separation to work, the slurry must have a consistent density. Our PLC-integrated control system allows the operator to fine-tune the suction velocity, ensuring the gold recovery equipment (jigs/sluices) operates at its "Sweet Spot" for maximum particle retention.

Systematic "Bedrock Cleaning" Patterns:

Gold often concentrates on the bedrock. Utilizing our 4m-stroke spud carriage system, the operator can perform overlapping swing patterns to ensure 100% of the gold-bearing layer is scraped clean, leaving no "pay" behind.

Managing Heavy Mineral Flow:

Alluvial gold is often found with magnetite and other heavy minerals. Regularly monitor the slurry flow rate to ensure it is high enough to keep heavy particles in suspension during transport, but stable enough for efficient separation in the sluices.

Mining in remote regions makes fuel a major expense. Our 1250KW-2014KW Cummins/Weichai engines are tuned for high torque at low RPM (1500r/min), providing the brute force needed for the DK1500 cutter while maintaining a fuel consumption rate as low as 188g/KW/H.

A: Yes. For rivers with heavy rocks, we equip the Gold Dredger Ship with a specialized "Rock-Cutter" head and a heavy-duty debris screen. This prevents large stones from damaging the WN pump while allowing the gold-bearing sand and gravel to pass through.

Q: Do you provide the gold separation equipment with the ship?

A: We offer both: the dredger ship only or a complete turnkey mining solution including the gold recovery plant. Our Senior Marine Designers will work with you to integrate the best separation technology for your specific gold particle size.

Q: How do you handle shipping to remote landlocked gold mines?

A: Every Gold Dredger Ship features a Modular Bolt-on Design. The vessel can be disassembled into 40ft containers for transport by road or rail past mountain obstacles. Our Overseas Technical Team will then provide on-site assembly and operator training at your mine.
