Advanced Manufacturing Facilities Ensure Precision and Efficiency

Dingke Company boasts over 30 years of experience in hydraulic machinery manufacturing. Its workshop is equipped with advanced CNC cutting equipment, high-precision welding robots, and automated assembly lines. Steel plate cutting tolerances are controlled to the millimeter level, and the first-pass yield rate for welding reaches industry-leading levels. To meet the customized needs of different customers, the workshop also has a dedicated hydraulic system testing area and a whole-vessel water testing pool, ensuring that each piece of equipment undergoes simulated operating condition testing before leaving the factory.


"Currently, the workshop is fully booked, with cutter suction dredgers, jet dredgers, and bucket wheel dredgers being produced simultaneously, while several tugboats and dredging platforms are also undergoing final assembly," the production manager explained. "We adopt standardized operating procedures and lean production management, ensuring full traceability from raw material warehousing to finished product completion."


A Professional Team of Over 100 People Deeply Integrates Design and Manufacturing

The workshop not only employs experienced welders and assembly technicians but also resident process engineers and quality inspection personnel. Dingke Company currently has over 100 employees, including 10 senior engineers and 8 ship designers. After the design team completes 3D modeling and structural optimization using CAD and SolidWorks, the process engineers will immediately convert the drawings into cutting parameters, welding process cards, and assembly instructions that can be executed in the workshop, realizing the integration of design and manufacturing, significantly shortening the production cycle and reducing errors.
