1.  High-Performance Power System

At the heart of the DK200 Cutter Suction Dredger, we utilize the Cummins KTA-19 marine diesel engine (315kw). Unlike standard engines, this power unit is optimized for the high-torque demands of hydraulic dredging. Paired with a Fada FD300 Gearbox (2:1 ratio), the system ensures seamless power transmission, reducing fuel consumption while maintaining a stable 1800r/min output. All components are covered by Global Joint Warranty, ensuring peace of mind for international operators.


2. Superior Wear Resistance:

To handle abrasive sand and gravel, the DK200 Cutter Suction Dredger is equipped with a Shijiazhuang Warman 10/8 pump made from High-Chrome Alloy.

· Longevity: The impeller is rated for 200,000 m³, and the pump shell for 500,000 m³ of throughput.

· Efficiency: With an 800m³/h flow rate and 40m head, it maintains peak performance even at a 1000m discharge distance.


3. Precision Engineering & Hull Durability

The hull is constructed using high-grade marine steel with a 6mm bottom and side plate thickness. Our Elite Design Team utilizes CAD and SolidWorks modeling to ensure the DK200 maintains a low 0.8m draught, making it perfect for shallow water dredging, channel maintenance, and port construction. The modular design allows for easy transport and rapid assembly on-site.


4. Safety and Turnkey Equipment

Every DK200 Cutter Suction Dredger comes fully equipped for immediate operation. Beyond the main machinery, we include a 24kw Generator, integrated Gantry systems, and a full suite of Maritime Safety Gear (Life jackets, buoys, extinguishers). Our electrical jenny winches feature automatic braking for safe bridge lifting and swing operations.
