The hydraulic system provides exceptional digging force and is optimized for extended work cycles, much like the deep-digging capability of our 12 inch Dredger with 12m Dredging Depth. Moreover, the durable hull and reinforced suction frame draw upon the structural integrity tested in our 12 inch Sand Mining Dredger, delivering steady production rates even in compacted sand and gravel.


The delivers operational reliability through a fully integrated hydraulic circuit that powers the cutter, winches, and spud rams from a single power pack. This design minimizes mechanical complexity while maximizing uptime. A heavy-duty centrifugal pump, matched to the 12-inch suction and discharge lines, transports solids-laden slurry over distances exceeding 1,000 meters without booster assistance. The cutter head, driven by a high-torque hydraulic motor, slices through cohesive soils and loose rock with minimal vibration, protecting the ladder structure and extending component life. Operators benefit from a centralized PLC control panel that displays real-time flow rates, depth measurements, and hydraulic pressures, enabling fine adjustments to optimize output.
